Who fulfills printed book orders?

All printed books are fulfilled and shipped by LuluDirect.

How long will it take to receive my printed book?

Please allow 7–14 business days for processing and shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Can I track my book order?

Yes! Once your order has shipped, our system will send a tracking link directly to your email.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. However, if you are outside the U.S. and interested in purchasing a printed book, please contact us directly, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Can I return or exchange a printed book?

Because printed books are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us if there’s an issue.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Email our support team with your order number and photos of the damaged item so we can help resolve it promptly.

Are refunds available for digital products?

Digital downloads (like eBooks or journals) are non-refundable due to their instant-access nature. If you encounter download issues, please contact our team for support.

How do I access my digital product after purchase?

After checkout, you’ll receive an email with a download link. You can also access your files directly through your account dashboard.

How long will I have access to my digital downloads?

You’ll have lifetime access to your purchased digital files. Be sure to save a copy to your preferred device.

Can I share or resell digital downloads?

Our digital products are for personal use only. Sharing or redistributing them is not permitted.

Are the eBooks and workbooks interactive or printable?

Our eBooks are interactive PDFs designed for on-screen use. However, you may print them for personal use if preferred.

Where do you ship the t-shirts from?

All shirts are printed on demand and fulfilled by a local printing partner in Texas.

How long does it take to process my t-shirt order?

Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships. Once shipped, delivery time depends on your location and carrier, but most Texas orders arrive within a few business days.

Do I need an account to make a purchase?

You can check out as a guest for physical books.

What is the difference between the printed and digital journals?

The printed journals are physical books you can write in by hand. The digital journals (also called online journals) are designed to be accessed online through your personal account. Once your payment is confirmed, an account will be automatically created for you, and your login credentials will be sent via email. You’ll then be able to log in to your dashboard to write, reflect, and track your progress digitally.

Are the printed books colored or black-and-white?

All printed books feature a colored cover and a black-and-white interior. This design keeps them elegant, easy to read, and ideal for personal journaling or note-taking.

I can’t log in to my online journal account — what should I do?

Click “Forgot password?” on the login page to reset your password. If the issue continues, please reach out to our Chat Support on the journal login page or contact us at info@vessanatoheal.com.
